The CADRI Tool: a DRR knowledge repository and sharing platform is LIVE now!

The new CADRI Digital Tool to support capacity diagnosis and planning is now available online on our website cadri.net. The tool is the result of the intense efforts of all the CADRI partners with the view to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of actions aimed at reducing the impact of disasters on the countries’ social and economic development. The CADRI Tool has been designed to help to pool the knowledge and experience of specialized agencies across various sectors. We invite you to register by using the option “request Access” and follow the instructions to create your user profile. The user profiles will help to create and maintain a database of experts who can be deployed to respond to government and UNCT requests.

The core of the CADRI Tool, the Question Bank, is accessible without the need to register. The Question Bank, which reflects the CADRI partners DRR/CCA experience and knowledge, is a live document and users have the opportunity to contribute to its continuous development by recommending adjustments to existing questions or suggesting to add new ones.

After the first round of regional webinars to introduce the tool to a broad audience of regional experts in 2021, a new round of training webinars and tutorials on how to use all the Tool functionalities will be organized in 2022.

Please let us know if you have any comments/questions and/or find any issues during the registration process!
